PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the fixation of a self-organizing film due to a chain molecule. SOLUTION: In this self-texturizing film 30 having the self-organizing film of the chain molecule fixed to the surface of the gold film 20 on a support substrate 13, a groove 14 having an inclined wall part 21, which is inclined at an angle of 40-80°based on the direction (v) vertical to the surface of the support substrate, is formed to the surface of the gold film 20.
