PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily cut a skin material formed of fiber or a skin material whose cutting part is curved with good appearance. SOLUTION: A slide block 30 is provided on the lower surface of an upper die 12 of a forming device. The upper die 12 is provided with a hydraulic cylinder 30 for moving the slide block 30 in the inward and outward direction of a forming surface 17. A heating unit 50 made of Nichrome is provided on the slide block 30. The heating unit 50 includes: a cutting part 50a extending along the cutting part of the facing material 4; and a connecting part 50b connected to both end parts of the cutting part 50a. A DC power supply device 51 is connected to the connecting part 50b through wiring 51a. A current is caused to flow from the DC power supply device 51 to the cutting part 50a.
