PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust the body shape information of a person to be treated. SOLUTION: In the massage machine provided with a treating body disposed at a backrest part so as to be vertically elevated and lowered and moved back and forth and a control means for controlling the operation of the treating body, an operation means capable of outputting a request for moving the treating body to the control means is provided. When there is a request from the operation means in a period during which the body shape information of the person to be treated is adjustable, the control means makes the moving speed or moving amount of the treating body for the request be different between movement in one direction and movement in the opposite direction.
