PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an applicator with a comb for a hair dye agent or the like which enables the thorough application of a coat liquid even to the hair tip while enhancing a holding capacity of the liquid. SOLUTION: An uneven surface 27 is provided on a side 24 of a comb tooth 22 to the root part of each comb tooth from a delivery port 25. The coat agent discharged is held with the uneven surface 27 and the height of a protruded thread 26 of the uneven surface 27 is set about 1.0 mm to 2.0 mm and the width of a groove is set about 0.5 to 1.0 mm to enable the obtaining of a necessary holding capacity. The uneven surface 27 also enables the removal of an excess of coat agent and the thorough application of the agent even to the hair tip. Especially in the use for the application of a hair dye, this eliminates uneven dying thereby achieving a substantial hair dying effect. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
