PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fire-extinguishing equipment allowing a fire-extinguishing agent to reach a combustible object even if a fire has a strong force, high temperature and ascending air current, at cost lower than the cost of conventional gas fire-extinguishing equipment. SOLUTION: The fire-extinguishing equipment 100 for extinguishing a fire by releasing nitrogen gas and fire-extinguishing water as the fire-extinguishing agent comprises a gas device 10 for storing/releasing nitrogen gas, a water feeding device 20 for pressurizing and releasing the fire-extinguishing water, a closed type heat sensitive open plug head 50 or closed type heat sensitive open plug joint 60 to which the gas device 10 and the water feeding device 20 are connected via main piping 70, and a control board 80 with a clocking device. When the fire extinguishing operation is started, the gas device 10 is opened to release nitrogen gas and the fire is temporarily controlled or extinguished with strong wind and choking effect even if the scale of the fire is expanded. Then, the release of the gas is stopped after prescribed time elapses by the clocking device and the water feeding device 20 is opened to release the fire-extinguishing water to completely extinguish the fire with the cooling effect of water.
