PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing apparatus for safely and simply washing a seedling raising tray. SOLUTION: The washing apparatus for seedling raising tray has a washing part and a disinfecting part for seedling raising tray. In the washing apparatus, the disinfecting part has a mechanism for scattering or spraying a strongly acidic electrolytic water into the seedling raising tray after washing. An alkali water produced from a cathode of an electrolytic water-producing apparatus may be used as a washing water. Since the strongly acidic electrolytic water has high safety to human while having excellent sterilizing power and has rapid removal time of effective chloride, the electrolytic water is nearly free from fear in which chlorine remains in the seedling raising tray.
