PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a G6PDH-containing reagent which contains a stabilizer and can more improve the storage stability of G6PDH than conventional known G6PDH stabilizers. SOLUTION: This G6PDH-containing reagent is characterized by comprising G6PDH and a stabilizer represented by general formula (I) (R1 is H, a halogen, OH, a substituted or non-substituted alkyl, a cycloalkyl, a lower alkoxy, a lower alkenyl, a substituted or non-substituted aralkyl, a substituted or non-substituted aryl, a substituted or non-substituted heterocyclic group, a lower alkanoyl, a substituted or non-substituted aroyl, pyridylcarbonyl, a lower alkoxycarbonyl, or a substituted or non-substituted amino).
