The method involves forming a one-layer or multilayer elastic layer on an air-permeable frame portion (2). Contact force between the elastic layer and frame portion is produced using negative pressure on the elastic layer facing the frame portion, such that the elastic layer is sucked to the frame portion. The contact force is produced in thrust-force-free manner by using only negative pressure. The frame portion and elastic layer are then heated to make the elastic layer adhere to the frame portion.
