The device has a filter (54) inserted in a filter retainer that is formed in a filter insert (50), where the filter insert is inserted into a slider (40). The slider is movable between a position, in which the filter insert is freely accessible from outside of supply and discharge pipe lines, and another position, in which the filter insert is provided axially between the pipe lines. The pipelines with flanges are accommodated at the insert by axial force impacts.
