The power tool has a clamping area with chucks (8) holding the drill bit (2) or similar element. A lubricant or coolant duct (4) is axially positioned inside the unit, leading with its rear end (4B) into the main duct (9) with a bigger diameter. A lubricant in particular in the shape of an aerosol as used for a minimal lubrication can be guided by the spindle from the main duct (9) through the tool supplying duct (4) to the tool (2) itself. The contact area between the ducts (4,9) is sealed with an elastic ring (5) pressed by a spring element against the front (4A) of the duct (4).
