A pitch of the liquid crystal layer ranges from 10 m to 70 m, a cell interval that is a thickness of the liquid crystal layer ranges from 3.0 m to 4.5 m, and a voltage difference between the first electrode and the second electrode ranges from 0.2 V to 6.0 V.
