Location information acquisition in a mobile communication terminal, and terminal application technique and a service system for displaying/registering a video, a photo, and a text of the terminal on an Internet map by using the same are provided to enable a mobile mashup server to transmit the photo and video, displayed by using location information, to a map server capable of mapping them to a map on a web(World Wide Web), and enable a user and the third party to view the photo, video, and messages, which the user transmits through the mobile terminal, on the map provided from the web, thereby directly registering, displaying, and managing the photo, video and messages, generated by the user, on the map providing all open API(Application Program Interface). A system comprises the followings: a mobile communication terminal(104) which has a processor for acquiring location information of a photo and a video, which a user generates, and then marking the information on them; a processor(103) which acquires the location information from communication modules(100,105) of the mobile terminal(104), such as GPS(Global Positioning System), CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access), and GSM(Global System for Mobile communications), base station, and LBS(Location Based System) server; a processor(107) which marks the acquired location information on the photo and video generated from the camera(101) and cam coder of the mobile terminal(104); a native application, a micro browser, and a middle ware application(103); a verifying server(109). A controller is included in the terminal processor and controls location acquisition, location marking, location transmission, and interworking with the server(109).
