An assembly structure of an air bag housing and door is provided to prevent the air bag door from being transformed when mounting the air bag door on the air bag housing by sliding the air bag door into the air bag housing to fix. An assembly structure of an air bag housing and door comprises the air bag housing(50) of which one surface is open; an air bag door(56) mounted on the one open surface of the air bag housing; and a slide fitting unit(60) assembling the air bag housing and the air bag door in a slide fitting method. The slide fitting unit comprises a slide rail(62) installed on the air bag housing and formed with a slide groove(62a); and a slider(64) mounted on the air bag door to fit into the slide groove of the slide rail.
