<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery which can improve safety and charge/discharge efficiency in an environment of high temperature. <P>SOLUTION: A cathode 21 and an anode 22 are laminated with an electrolyte layer 24 in between. The electrolyte layer 24 contains an electrolyte and a polymer compound containing vinylidene fluoride as a component. The anode 22 contains a polymer compound containing at least one kind out of a group consisting of styrene butadiene rubber, carboxymethyl cellulose and its salt and vinylidene fluoride as components as a binding agent.
