<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for readily manufacturing a composite porous material ensuring flexibility which is formed of a thin porous material impregnated with resin. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a composite porous material comprises the steps of (a) manufacturing a laminated material, by laminating a raw material composition including magnetic particle and binder resin on a first conductive metal basic material, (b) conducting heat treatment to the laminated material in order to remove the binder resin, (c) obtaining a magnetic particle structure body, having vacant holes communicated with external side by coupling magnetic particles through heat treatment, and (d) filling vacant holes of the magnetic particle structure body with resin.
