摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide surgery support which can superpose images of peripheral organs and arteries corresponding to an endoscope position together with an operating tool position in real time in accordance with the location of the endoscope changed during an operation. <P>SOLUTION: The surgery support comprises a three-dimensional position detecting device to detect the location of the endoscope sequentially and an image creation section to create a surgery support image to be superposed on the image of the endoscope, and comprises a coordinate integration means to integrate the coordinate of an endoscope position and a coordinate of an image created by the image creation section at the position detecting instrument. The image creation section creates the surgery support image to be superposed on the image of the endoscope using three-dimensional volume image data of a subject imaged by an MRI, etc. Since the coordinates are integrated, the surgery support images which meet the direction of the endoscope in real time can be superposed while keeping the relative position each other although the position or direction of the endoscope changes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
