PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement more various output representations by the function of outputting output information to each event in a programmable display.

SOLUTION: About a switch part, a switch setting part 73a sets a bit address specifying a bit reflective of the state of operation, and associates the bit address with a plurality of combinations of audio data to be output by the programmable display 2 when the operation of the switch part becomes effective. The switch setting part 73a also combines each plurality of combined audio data to generate single output audio data, and transfers it to a memory card 8 or FEPROM 22b as a memory while associating it with the bit address. An HMI processing part 21, when the switch part operated on a displayed screen becomes effective, changes the state of the corresponding bit address, and treats this as an event, outputs the output audio data stored in the memory from a speaker 29.
