PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To emphasize an objective sound signal by relaxing the problem of objective sound removal under reverberation in an automobile or the like. SOLUTION: Interchannel feature quantities showing differences between channels are calculated by an interchannel feature quantity calculation part 102 with respect to input sound signals of a plurality channels from microphones 101-1 to 101-N, and weight coefficients of the plurality of channels, corresponding to the feature quantities are selected from a preliminarily prepared weight coefficient dictionary 103 by a selection part 104, and input sound signals are weighted and added by weighting parts 105-1 to 105-N and an adder 106 using the selected weight coefficients, whereby an output sound signal is generated.
