PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of adjusting color tint of color (of each color component) of an arbitrary two-color monochromatic image, for example, hue and saturation, and obtaining a two-color duplicate (copy) image that is close to a user's request and has color tint preference. SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus has a color converting device 1113 for converting input image data into a prescribed color space, and a color adjusting device 1117 for adjusting color on the basis of a determination result obtained by using a color determining part 115 to determine where color of a pixel under consideration converted by the color converting device is positioned in a color spatial coordinate to be converted.
