PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key telephone, a telephone exchange device, and a storing method capable of managing storing volume for each I/F substrate, for distributing loads for storage. SOLUTION: Storing state for each I/F substrate 1, 2, and 3(11a, 11b, and 11c) is analyzed by a storing destination analyzing means 12a which is stored as storing volume information in a database 13. When an IP telephone terminal 40 requests connection, it is stored in an I/F substrate of least storing volume among the I/F substrates 1, 2, and 3(11a, 11b, and 11c) based on the storing volume information.
