PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress any electric adverse influence when supplying large currents by mounting a capacitor with a large capacity. SOLUTION: This portable terminal 1 configured by overlapping two case bodies 2 and 3, and mounting an illuminating part for irradiating any of those two case bodies 2 and 3 with a flash outward with a power from a capacitor 20 is characterized in that a xenon pipe 19 and a capacitor 20 for making an illuminating part emit the rays of light are mounted on the case body 3 on which the illuminating part is mounted, and that a battery cell for supplying a power to the capacitor 20 is mounted.
