SOLUTION: A mobile communication system 10 is characterized in that a base station apparatus 20a transmits a reception system of a communication signal, and a mobile station apparatus 30a includes: a reception system acquisition section 303 for receiving the transmitted reception system; a transmission power control section 307a for determining the transmission power in the case of transmitting the communication signal on the basis of the received reception system; and a transmission BB processing section 308 for transmitting the communication signal with the determined transmission power to the base station apparatus 20a.
