PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To package an SLI (scalable link interface) adapter card to a connector of a mother board reliably. SOLUTION: This packaging method includes steps of (1)forming a first bus for connecting an SO-DIMM DDR2 memory module connector equipped with a first terminal and a second terminal, and a chip set on the mother board; (2) forming a second bus for connecting the SO-DIMM DDR2 memory module connector, and two PCI express slots on the mother board; and (3) welding the first terminal and second terminal to the first bus and second bus. In this structure, dimensions of the SLI adapter card and the gold finger of the SLI adapter card are adapted to the SO-DIMM DDR2 memory module connector. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
