PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor wherein nonpolarization and low ESR of a capacitor can be realized while the capacitor is made small in size and large in capacity. SOLUTION: The solid electrolytic capacitor is formed by packaging a capacitor provided with an anode bar projecting from the main body by a synthetic resin. In this case, the capacitors are prepared in an even number, the projection direction of the anode bars in a half of the capacitors is set to be in an opposite direction to that in the other half thereof, and then the capacitor and both lead terminals are sealed so that the lower surface of both lead terminals may be exposed over the bottom surface of a packaged body.
