PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible display equipped with an organic TFT which uses a plastic film as a substrate and is manufactured with high yield without causing any fault. SOLUTION: On a plastic film 40 the flexible display, an adhesive layer 34, a barrier insulating layer 37, and in order from the bottom, organic active layers 36a and 36b, a gate insulating layer 32 and gate electrodes 30a and 30b are formed; and TFT 5 and 6 where source electrodes 24a and 24x and drain electrodes 24b and 24y are electrically connected to the organic active layers 36a and 36b, picture electrodes 26 electrically connected to the drain electrode 24y, an organic EL layer 3 formed on the two or more picture electrodes 26, respectively, a metal electrode 46, and a sealing layer 48 are formed.
