PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain execution of an appropriate error correction by enhancing judgment of effectiveness of a lost pointer as a real time transaction and improving reliability of the lost pointer. SOLUTION: The judgment is enhanced on effectiveness about the lost pointer after the formation of the lost pointer, i.e. whether this lost pointer is correct or not. Then, the lost pointer is corrected in accordance with this judgment result, and the error correction process as the lost correction with respect to data is carried out by using the corrected lost pointer.
