PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily supply fuel gas for cooking for sufferers and evacuees in an evacuation site at the occurrence of a disaster such as an earthquake or a typhoon. SOLUTION: An LP gas bulk storage tank 101 wherein a main header having a plurality of connection ports 113 for taking-out gas is connected to a gas phase part is fixed and installed in a site of an LP gas consumer. A portable sub header 200 equipped with a gas outlet 204 for taking-out gas, a portable hot water supply unit 300 equipped with a water supply pump 305 and a water heater 302, an LPG electric generator 400, and a connecting hose 500 for connecting the gas taking-out port 113 of the main header with the sub header 200, the portable hot water supply unit 300, and a gas taking-in connection port of the LPG electric generator 400 are kept in the same site.
