PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device for an expansion bank body made of a tubular flexible film, which can positively prevent inundation from an entrance etc. of a building only by mounting or laying the same as needed, and to provide a waterproofing facility using the bearing device. SOLUTION: The bearing device 1 for the expansion bank body made of the tubular flexible film, that constitutes the waterproofing facility 3, is formed of: a bottom surface 11M mounted on the ground 4 in front of a columnar structure 52 that defines an opening section 51 of the entrance of the building 50, in order to bear the bank body 5 at the entrance of the building 50; a rear surface 22M abutted on a front surface 52a of the columnar structure 52 and borne by the same; a bearing surface on which a surface of a bottom of the bank body 5 is mounted; and a partial cylindrical surface 36M on which part of a circumferential surface of the bank body 5 facing the front surface 52a of the columnar structure 52, i.e. an area from the surface of the bottom of the bank body 5 to a surface of a top of the same. According to the structure of the bearing device, the rear surface 22M has a height at least equal to or more than the height of the partial cylindrical surface 36M, and a region U defined by the bottom surface 11M, the rear surface 22M, the bearing surface, and the cylindrical surface 36M, is hermetically formed.
