PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device or the like capable of suitably and certainly feeding treatment sheet fed on a first feeding route to a second feeding route. SOLUTION: The sheet feeder is provided with a route changing means 164 for introducing the treatment sheet fed on the first feeding route 82 to the second feeding route 83 crossing the first feeding route 82 through an introduction route 86. The route changing means 164 has a changing member 381 having a first feeding route constitution surface 421a constituting a part of the first feeding route 82 and an introduction route constitution surface 421b constituting a part of the introduction route 86; and a changing member movement mechanism 382 for moving the change member 381 between a first position closing the introduction route 86 and constituting a part of the first feeding route 82 by the first feeding route constitution surface 421a and a second position closing the first feeding route 82 and constituting the introduction route 86 by the introduction route constitution surface 421b.
