FLAVOURED SKEWER

The present invention relates to flavoured skewers suitable for grilling, frying or roasting pieces of meat, fish, chicken, vegetables or other food. The skewers have a coating comprising flavours, which are preferably microencapsulated. Once skewered on the skewer, the food is flavoured from the inside. The skewers of the present invention may be used to flavour foods intended for grilling instead of or supplemental to classic marinades.
