<p>The invention concerns a device for washing the panoramic glass pane (2) of a motor vehicle roof (1) comprising at least one roof rod (3) extending parallel to one edge of the panoramic glass pane, the device including at least one oriented water nozzle (4) for spraying the glass pane and borne by a carriage capable of sliding in a roof rod, the carriage being linked to powered travelling means (8) and the nozzle being connected to a source of liquid (7) by a liquid supplying means (6) enabling the carriage to be moved along the edge of the glass pane.</p>
