A food garbage disposer which prevents water contamination due to domestic sewage, removes odor and moisture of food garbage and reduces the volume of food garbage by passing food garbage through dewatering, cutting and drying processes, and which can be simply installed under a sink, and is constructed in a simple structure to improve durability, workability and work efficiency of the disposer is provided. A food garbage disposer comprises a storing and transferring part(10) for sequentially dividing and transferring food garbage by a transfer screw(15) in an amount capable of maximizing drying efficiency after storing food garbage injected into a housing; a drying and crushing part(20) installed at one side of the storing and transferring part to dry food garbage and transfer food garbage to a lower side while finely crushing food garbage by a pair of crushing gears(23); an odor removal part(30) installed in an upper part of the drying and crushing part to exhaust odor to the outside when the odor is generated in a process of disposing food garbage in the drying part and the drying and crushing part; and a drying part(50) installed in a lower part of the drying and crushing part to completely remove moisture of food garbage by a drying vane installed within a cylindrical heat-insulating member(51). |
