Provided are a system for supplying a sanitary seat of a toilet seat and a system for packing the same by using a cartridge, thereby easily detaching the sanitary seat along cut-off lines from a case. The system includes a cartridge of which rotary axis is wound with a sanitary seat which is formed of a cut-off line in a longitudinal direction at regular intervals, a case(40a), and a supply portion installed on the case for loosing and unloosing the sanitary seat withdrawn through a withdrawal port of the case. The case has a receiving space for selectively mounting the cartridge, a mounting portion(42) formed on an inner wall of the receiving space for rotating the rotary shaft, and the withdrawal port for withdrawing the sanitary seat unrolled from the rotary shaft. |
