A multi-stage rotary barbecue apparatus is provided to improve the cooking performance and easily replace parts by simplifying the structure of the driving apparatus and uniformly rotating the meat. A multi-stage rotary barbecue apparatus is composed of: a driving shaft vertically installed at the center of the forge fire to be rotation-driven by the driving motor; and at least one interlocking gear shaft-combined with a meat fitting member to fit a meat on the circumference of the driving gear by longitudinally installing at least one driving gear at the upper part of the driving shaft. The driving and interlocking gears are tooth-geared by driving helical gears and driven helical gears, and a meat fitting member(78) is shaft-combined at the driven helical gears and downwardly inclined. An oil receiver(60) is installed at the lower part of the driving helical gear. |
