The device has a stand a motor for hydraulically or pneumatically lifting and lowering a platform (2) provided to receive and move large reinforcements. A crane-like boom (4) is connected to a suction unit (5) for performing suction and to fix an intermediate ceiling formwork (1) to the tunnel ceiling (8). A movable gripper is arranged for displacement along the boom and with the boom for holding the reinforcements. A concrete distribution device is moved along the boom and with the boom for applying concrete on the intermediate ceiling formwork. An independent claim is included for the construction of the intermediate ceiling used in tunnel construction.
