<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dam frame of an LED display for forming a clear image and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The LED display dam frame 10 composed of a base sheet 12, an adhesive layer 16(17) provided on one side of the base sheet 12, and a peel sheet 24 laminated on the adhesive layer 16(17).
