PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle radio communication system capable of reducing the power consumption by properly executing power supply management. SOLUTION: The on-vehicle radio communication equipment 20 executes radio communication with helmet side radio communication equipment provided on a helmet worn by a passenger of a vehicle. The on-vehicle radio communication equipment 20 is provided with first and second radio units 24A, 24B for respectively executing radio communication with driver's helmet side radio communication equipment and passenger's helmet side radio communication equipment. A power supply section 23 supplies power to the first and second radio units 24A, 24B via a radio unit power switch 25. An information processor 22 applies ON/OFF control to the radio unit power switch 25 on the basis of a state of a main power switch 28 and a boarding state of the passenger sensed by sit-down sensors 13, 14.
