<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water modifying instrument which spirally circulates water into a modification chamber by water feed pressure and is excellent in an action of floating and freely moving granular water modifying materials in comparison with the conventional instrument, and can modify water by more effectively bringing the water modifying materials into contact with the water. <P>SOLUTION: The casing (1) of the water modifying instrument (A) has a water introduction pipe (14) and a water delivery pipe (15). A cartridge (2) housed in the casing (1) can be connected to the water introduction part (14) of the casing (1) and has a connecting pipe (220) and a water outlet port (265). A water conditioning chamber (28) and a water purifying chamber (29) are installed in the cartridge (2) so that water can pass through the chambers. Magnesium grains (M) are accommodated in the water conditioning chamber (28), and water is introduced from a plurality of water conducting holes (280) formed so as to penetrate a side wall part (240). Each water conducting hole (280) opens in the direction rotating the water in the water conditioning chamber (28) in the required direction. The water modified in the cartridge (2) is discharged from the water outlet port (265), and passes through a water conducting part (100) to be discharged outside the casing (1) from the water delivery pipe (15). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
