摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas supply and exhaust structure capable of certainly suppressing and preventing occurrence of a short cycle even when the flow velocity of exhaust gas become slower than before. SOLUTION: A flange member 5, a speed increasing member 6, an exhaust top 4, and a drain receiver 7 are joined to the tip of an exhaust pipe 3 inserted into an attaching hole 21 of an outer wall 2 of a building, and are fixed to the outer wall with the flange member. The speed increasing member is provided with a through hole 61 with an opening cross-sectional area smaller than passage cross-sectional area of the exhaust pipe, and the passing exhaust gas is speeded up. The forming position of the through hole is made eccentric downward so that the lowest edge 611 of the through hole is positioned at the lowest position of an internal wall surface 30 of the exhaust pipe, thereby making the exhaust gas drain flow down from the exhaust pipe to a drain hole 46.
