PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an umbrella type valve that can be installed to a valve seat simply and certainly without using any jig and improve a function as a non-return valve. SOLUTION: This valve body 1 inserts a protrusion 4 that is protruded on the base end 2a of a shaft 2 through a step 3 into a center hole 6 of a valve seat 5 and then can be installed easily only by suppressing the upper end 2b of the shaft 2 which is protruded from the top of an umbrella 7 by a part of the crowned housing 11 which is connected to a valve seat housing 10. An annular swelled part 9 is formed at the inner rim of the base face of the rim of the umbrella 7 while it is pressed strongly to the valve seat 5 by its height because the bottom face of the rim of the umbrella 7 is lower than the step 3 of the shaft 2 so that it operates and opens to the flow of fluid which is injected from the side of the valve seat housing, however, it is constituted to shut the flow from the side (reverse direction) of the crowned housing certainly by the operation of its annular swelled part 9 easily.
