PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector for connecting wires wherein a power supply wire and an earth wire can be inserted in each insertion hole without making a mistake when connecting the wires, and a floor panel heater using it. SOLUTION: This connector for connecting wires is formed with a plurality of power supply wire inserting holes inserted with a plurality of the power supply wires Ka, Ka... to tips of which terminals Ta for the power supply wires are mounted, and an earth wire inserting hole inserted with an earth wire Ke to the tip of which a terminal Te for the earth wire is similarly mounted, As to the terminal Ta for the power supply wire and the terminal Te for the earth wire, since their shapes, sizes, or both of them are changed from the others, the terminal Ta for the power supply wire can be inserted only in the power supply wire inserting hole, and the terminal Te for the earth wire can be inserted only in the earth wire inserting hole.
