PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching device and a remote controlled transmitter capable of sure operation by a simple configuration regarding those mainly used for operation of various electronic equipment. SOLUTION: By constituting the switching device 26 by winding around a coil-shaped spring 25 at the outer periphery of a mounting shaft 24B of an operation body 24 to be attached to the outer periphery of a lever 2 of a switch 1, only by pressing the mounting shaft 24B in which the spring 25 is wound around a step part 24E of the lower end, into the outer circumference of the lever 2, attachment can be carried out by one-touch, and since the whole inner circumference of a hollow hole 24C of the mounting shaft 24B is tightened and adhered to the whole outer circumference of the lever 2 by the spring 25 and looseness is eliminated, the switching device capable of sure operation by a simple configuration and the remote controlled transmitter using this can be obtained.
