PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize and thin a device and to stably and surely regulate a pickup in a stop state. SOLUTION: A disk loading device is a disk device of a slot-in system for which a frame is constituted of a bottom cover 11 and a top cover and a disk is directly inserted from a disk insertion port provided on the front surface of the frame. The length parallel to the moving direction of the pickup 33 of a stopper 50 is made shorter than the length vertical to the moving direction of the pickup 33 of the stopper 50.
