PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe fixing device of a manhole inner wall cutting machine securely fixable to the specified position of a manhole and preventing it from lowering or dropping even if the fixed state thereof is loosened. SOLUTION: This fixing device is applicable to the manhole inner wall cutting machine for supporting a blade 13 on a support member detachably fixed to the manhole h movably in the radial and circumferential directions of the manhole h and cutting the inner wall ha of the manhole h by the blade 13. The support member comprises a fixed base plate 1 placed on the manhole h and pressing blocks 2 screwed with fixing bolts 10 radially arranged on the fixed base plate 1 and pressed against the inner wall ha of the manhole h by the operation of the fixing bolts 10.
