PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a side board from bending at a position where a bottom piece is not overlapped between side boards facing up and down, and a gap is generated. SOLUTION: When a folding box 7 made of a synthetic resin is folded into an approximately parallelogram-shape, on an end part of one side board 1 between two side boards 1 on both sides of corner parts of a pair of diagonal parts of folded ones becoming acute angles, a projecting part 8 for absorbing overlapping margins corresponding to the overlapping thickness under a folded condition that four sheets of the side boards 1 are folded flat and each bottom piece is overlapped on the inner face of each side board 1, is projected. At a position where the bottom piece 4 does not exist between the side boards 1 facing as the folding box 7 remains folded, a gap holding projecting part 13 for holding a gap between the side boards 1 facing each other as it remains folded is projected from the side board 1.
