PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust apparatus of a vessel capable of restricting an increase in back-pressure of exhaust gas, preventing both an inverse flow of sea water and occurrence of bubbles at a water surface when the exhaust gas is discharged and positively preventing a deterioration in fuel consumption or decrease in speed. SOLUTION: Both starboard and port of the stern of a hull 10 are provided with chambers 4 for feeding exhaust gas of an internal combustion engine. The chambers have walls 43A1 continuous from a first exhaust port 41 opened more upward than the waterline S1 when water is discharged, a second exhaust port 42 opened more downward than the waterline when water is discharged and a third exhaust port 43 opened toward the bow rather than the second exhaust port toward into the chambers. There is provided a third tubular item 43A for guiding the water flow at the waterline S2 shifting downward during a sliding motion to be bypassed from a surrounding part around the second exhaust port. The exhaust gas fed from the second exhaust port is sucked against a negative pressure space H1 formed between water flow bypassed from a periphery of the second exhaust port by the wall and the second exhaust port during the sliding motion and then discharged.
