PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stabilizer of a suspension capable of independently setting a steering characteristic relative to right and left same phases or right and left reverse phases of a suspension stroke. SOLUTION: A stabilizer 10 mounted to an independent type suspension is supported and fixed to a stabilizer mounting part 15 formed on a steering unit 11 supported and fixed to a vehicle body, and the steering unit 11 is moved by an upward and downward direction force generated to the stabilizer mounting part 15 at the time of a stroke of the stabilizer 10, so as to change a steering angle. To realize different torsion changes between the right and left same phase stroke and the right and left reverse phase stroke, a trajectory of a tie rod 14 connected to the steering unit 11 is changed.
