PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-weight and high-strength seat frame with excellent strength against local load and safeness. SOLUTION: The seat frame 10 comprises: an outside frame 1 having an opening part 11 at the center thereof; and an inside frame 2 disposed in the opening part 11 of the outside frame 1 and having a plurality of cavity parts 21. The outside frame 1 and the inside frame 2 are integrally constituted, and the size and shape of each cavity part 21 of the inside frame 2 is set so that a sphere with diameter less than D(cm) (where, D is a real number selected from a range of not less than two) can pass therethrough but a sphere B with diameter not less than D(cm) cannot pass therethrough.
