PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood sampling and separating apparatus capable of reasonably sampling blood from an aged person and a person from whom the blood is to be sampled, having narrow blood vessels, without causing hemolysis and safely and easily performing processes from the sampling of the blood to the separation of plasma or blood serum. SOLUTION: In the blood sampling and separating apparatus 1, a first container 2 is inserted to a second container 3, and the first container 2 is made movable in the state of maintaining an airtight contact state inside the second container 3 by an airtight contact member 4 fixed to the end part of the first container 2. A blood sampling needle mounting part 2a is provided on the outer side end part of the first container 2, a blood flow path 2c from the opening 2b of the blood sampling needle mounting part 2a to the side of the second container 3 is provided inside the first container 2. A filter member for separating the blood into blood cells and the plasma or the blood serum is housed inside the second container 3, and an opening 3a at the end part on the opposite side of the end part on the side of the first container 2 of the second container 3 is airtightly sealed with a closing member 8.
