An alarm method interworking with a pop-up function and a mobile communication terminal using the same are provided to display a day's schedule or a user's plan by using a pop-up function when the alarm is released, thereby reminding the user of important promises. An alarm method interworking with a pop-up function comprises the following steps of: setting an alarm time, alarm sound, pop-up menu for alarm, and text for releasing the alarm; starting the execution of the preset alarm(S301); and displaying the preset pop-up menu when the alarm is released(S308). In the above first step, a user's schedule which is pre-stored by a schedule managing menu is set as the pop-up menu. In the above first step, contents which are pre-stored in a memo type are set as the pop-up menu. |
